So, I love 3D printing, right? Right. Well, now that I am getting back into ham radio, I figured that I would try to make something useful and throw it on my printer. Enter the KN4AZJ Deluxe SO-239 Manifold Thingy.

I purchased a… wait for it………… Boobrie UHF Bulkhead Connector from Amazon and found the dimensions. I loaded up Autodesk Fusion and created this monstros… nice piece of mounting hardware.

The idea is to have a place where I can have all of my feed lines (coming from the attic) conjoin into one spot in my shack. My shack is super duper small at the moment so I have to work with what little space I have. I made the mounting bracket nice and thick too and plan on mounting it to the drywall with anchors. It should hopefully hold up well!

If you are wondering what kind of printer I am using, its an Creality Ender 3 V3 KE. Yes, they have a weird naming covention but its the best printer I’ve owned so far!

All 2 of them!

Including this one!

Anyway, I’ll report back with how everything turned out. I have some new coax coming in that I am going to run up to my J-Pole and maybe make a new antenna! Stay tuned!

73!
